Mouneh Toula

OUR STORY

A story of land, sisters, and a pantry shaped by the season.

Mouneh Toula grows from a family practice of preserving what each season brings, carried forward in Toula by Mona, Khawla and Rita.

WHERE IT BEGAN

The pantry came before the brand.

For more than four decades, mouneh has been part of the family's seasonal rhythm in Toula — prepared for the household, shared across generations, and shaped by what was available at the right time of year.

THREE SISTERS

One family memory, three areas of craft.

Mona, Khawla and Rita carry different parts of the pantry tradition. Their roles are distinct, while the methods remain tied to season, repetition and family knowledge.

MADE WITH THE SEASON

The calendar follows the harvest, not the other way around.

Mouneh is built around timing: fruit at maturity, vegetables in season, herbs when conditions are right, and preservation methods chosen for the ingredient and the moment.
